No, you don’t need to carry a copy of your Certificate of Insurance with you. All you need is your insurance policy number or the voucher number available to you from the email you will receive from AIG Insurance after purchasing the policy.
The coverage for trip cancellation begins at the moment of purchase of your travel insurance policy. All other benefits become effective the date and time the insured starts their trip.

In order to use the emergency medical evacuation service, please call 1 713 267 2525 AIG Travel or via AIG Sigorta A.Ş. Turkey and procure authorization from the AIG Sigorta A.Ş. Accident & Health Claims Department.
